- Interior architecture
- Construction documents, millwork drawings, and renovation oversight live in-studio. The design survives contact with the job site because it was drawn to be built.
- Materiality first
- Stone with movement, timber with honest grain, brass that wears in. Palettes come from the materials themselves, chosen by hand and specified precisely.
- A photographer's eye
- Kaitlin is also a professional photographer. Light, composition, and the way a room reads from the doorway get the same attention as the floor plan.
